Receiving, Pre-Cooling and Cold Storage

We receive, pre-cool, store and load fruit onto the refrigerated transport you designate.

01

Receiving

We receive the fruit and prepare it for the cooling process.

Fruit receiving docks at the Bonum facility.

02

Forced-Air Pre-Cooling

Our forced-air tunnels reduce the fruit’s field temperature to 0–2 °C.

Handling and Shipment

We consolidate and load the product onto the refrigerated transport you designate. We do not operate our own fleet.

Mobile Pre-Cooling Units

Our pre-cooling tunnels are housed in trailers and positioned near harvest areas to reduce the time between harvest and pre-cooling.
