Bonum Coolers de México ("Bonum"), located at Paseo de la Tenería 20, La Tenería, 59750 Tangancícuaro de Arista, Michoacán, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you provide, under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Data we collect
Name, company, email, phone, and any information you include in your message (for example product, volume, and season). We collect it directly from you through the form on this site, by email, phone, or WhatsApp. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
How we use your data
To answer your quote or contact request, prepare and send you the quote, and follow up on that request. We do not use your data for other purposes.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed through Formspree, Inc., and this site is hosted by Vercel, Inc., with servers in the United States. Both act on behalf of Bonum as service providers and do not use your data for their own purposes.
Transfers
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. We would only disclose it to a competent authority when required by law.
Your rights (ARCO) and consent withdrawal
You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection regarding your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@bonumcoolers.com. Include your name, the right you want to exercise, and a way to reach you. We reply within 20 business days. If you disagree with the response, you may contact the competent data protection authority in Mexico.

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this notice before enabling them.
