Bonum began operating in 2012 with a plant in Zamora de Hidalgo, Michoacán. We provide receiving, precooling, cold storage, and loading services for fruit.
The fruit we handle belongs to our clients — marketers and growers. We operate plants in Michoacán and mobile precooling units, with PrimusGFS certification and CCOF organic handling.
